Since customer satisfaction is our top priority, we offer our customers free shipping throughout Switzerland . You can find the shipping costs for all other countries in the checkout.

We currently ship our products throughout the DACH region (Switzerland, Germany and Austria). Shipping costs and delivery times may vary depending on the country. In addition, the Blueblocs team is working hard on internationalization so that our glasses can soon be shipped worldwide.

As soon as we have shipped your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number. This allows you to track the status of your delivery online here at any time .

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order, provided it is unused, within 30 days of receipt. Please contact our customer service via the contact form to initiate a return. We need your order number and ask you to give us a reason so that we can always improve.

must be returned unworn, undamaged and in the original packaging, otherwise we unfortunately cannot refund you.

All returned items must be in their original condition (unworn and with tags still attached) to be accepted.

The following are excluded from the right of return:

1. Goods that are incomplete or whose original packaging is missing or damaged
2. Goods that have been soiled, used or damaged
3. Special orders and larger quantities upon customer request
4. Drugstore items and disinfectants
